Our main focus, which differentiates us from other firms, is our motto, “What’s in it for the alum?” We organize integrated engagement services like webinars, live sessions, interviews and outreach campaigns like alumni meets etc. This done, from time to time, ensures fostering relationships instead of just connections.

What are the diversifications one would experience in this firm?

Coming from the corporate world with 8 years of work experience, I’ve been used to a systematic and micro managed work environment with little scope for personal growth. My experience at Univibe has been amazing to the scene of working directly with co-founders who are excellent motivators and provide the right amount of space to challenge myself, learn new skills and grow. I love coming to work every day, where not only did I reject two job offers after commencing here 4 months ago but positively planning to continue too!

How does Univibe help you in growing as a career-oriented person?

Each day is a learning day. Facing challenges which seem insurmountable is a part and parcel of a Start-up firm. And in this part of journey, varied levels of challenges prop up rendering us to make fast and prompt decisions, keeping in mind the best interests of the firm. Also what led me into growing was to dwell into these tumults and manage to resolve it. My greatest benefactor in pushing Univibe Network to success was to seize the opportunity of Univibe Network being a start-up and gain multiple domain knowledge and experience.

What has been your prima facie and subsequent experience working with Univibe Network?

Everything seemed promising and inconspicuous at the beginning. However, with time, I realized accomplishing those woven dreams is quite a task, but at the same time, adrenaline rushing. My biggest learning has been that systematic execution of strategies is the key to success at the end of the day. Starting with a small team, it brings me immense pleasure to see Univibe Network grow and work with more than 15 premier institutes across the country. It’s been a rollercoaster of a year but I’m glad that we have sustained a cool atmosphere conducive to creativity.

What are few of the pressing challenges that you faced and resolved as a founder of Univibe Network?

As with any Start-up the biggest challenge was, first, to find the right set of talent pool who would be the torch bearers of our culture. Our value proposition revolves around fostering meaningful relations for growth. For achieving this mission, we needed a team of motivated individuals who would act as ‘Micro CEOs’ of their respective departments and help us execute our ideas. Balancing responsibility with guidance and mentorship is a tricky thing to achieve and I’m glad that we now have a stellar team in place to deliver our core values!
